I’ve worked since young age on quite distinct sectors. With little to no formal education on any of the projects I worked with, I learned to build my wings as I jumped off of cliffs. On Metro Engenharia was introduced at the age of 14 to the office environment, two years later my manager was not there anymore, and I had to take responsibility for the surveying related ongoing projects we had. it was hard and pressing, but good. There I learned the value of responsibility of owning your mistakes and accomplishments, dealing with clients from such varied backgrounds was an unique opportunity, and an eye opening one. During this period I also learned english, which gave me access to a great myriad of content, courses and advice I would have not had living in a small town as it were. When It was time to move to college, I quit and moved to Curitiba, started studying economic sciences and working as an Administrative Assistant at Gelateria as Quatro Estações. Once again it was good to be working with something new, nothing to harsh, but pushing, as I did the operational tasks of day to day life. I was given more opportunities and more responsibilities, was promoted to Administrative Manager and started managing the whole operational side of the business, introduced an ERP System to the company and helped Gustavo lay the way for future growth in a more professional, efficient and organized environment. It was time to move on, I've sent out a resume to Pro Tork, which at the time were in need of a English speaking professional to be their international buyer. They decided to give me the opportunity and through practice and much inquisition I've found my space and earned the respect and the skills to do job, I've changed our cataloging system, as to have a more straight forward way of consulting past processes, I also took measures to ensure we got better deals at our freight need and opened the doors to new suppliers.
