GECOCIB is a company of Building and Public Works (B.T.P); Import - Export; International Trade. It was created in 2009 in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso (see ref. GECOCIB aims to promote national, regional, sub-regional and international trade: 1. Craft products (basketwork, statuettes in bronze or other, djembes, tam-tam, jewelry, leather goods, paintings and ornaments for various furniture ...) 2. Hides and skins: goats and sheep (...) 3. Fruits (Mangoes, citrus fruits, Tangelos, papayas, bananas) 4. Vegetables (sweet potatoes, yams, onions, potatoes, okra, peppers, green beans, tomatoes, ...) 5. Dried fruits (dried mangoes, dried plantains, dried tomatoes, shea caterpillars, ...) 6. Oilseeds (cashew, sesame, Fonio, peanuts, monkey bread, gum arabic, tamarind, bissap flower, ...) 7. Feed for cattle (cottonseed cake, sunflower cake, rock salt, ...) 8. Building materials (rocks and ores, granites and quartz) 9. Provision of services; Training; follow-up - advice; communication; monitoring and control ... GECOCIB guarantees quality; reliability and traceability of supplies of exported products. The raw material comes from economic sectors of Burkina certified "organic" by the national bodies (Phytosanitary Burkina, national laboratory, ...) and international (ECOCERT S.A, an international organization based in Germany and represented in Burkina Faso, U.E; ...). The transport of fresh produce in general, is carried out from agricultural fields to production units and is done by crates to reduce the impact of shocks. All products destined outside Burkina, undergo a final organoleptic control within our company. Microbiological analyzes carried out by the laboratory of microbiology and food chemistry of C.E.A.S. Burkina.
