The raw material comes from economic sectors of Burkina certified "organic" by the national bodies (Phytosanitary Burkina, national laboratory, ...) and international (ECOCERT S.A, an international organization based in Germany and represented in Burkina Faso, U.E; ...). The transport of fresh produce in general, is carried out from agricultural fields to production units and is done by crates to reduce the impact of shocks. All products destined outside Burkina, undergo a final organoleptic control within our company. Microbiological analyzes carried out by the laboratory of microbiology and food chemistry of C.E.A.S. Burkina.
