Acting as a Cross-Silo Humble Leader, during my daily activities I liaise with all the stakeholders to connect the Vision with the Operations, strategy, and tactics. I facilitate the successful realization of R&D projects, technical transfer, scientific papers, workshops, technical and scientific seminars, and conventions. I'm involved in the AgileBIM principles and toolkit creation and development. I'm involved in different advocacy programs for a sustainable and aware reconstruction after natural events and for risk and hazard prevention and mitigation. Extensive experience in project management in different fields (i.e. Engineering, Sustainable Development, Education, and Intercultural Relations) with a special focus on risk assessment and prevention. I have a strong background and expertise in needs analysis, identification of funding opportunities and stakeholders engagement, proposals design, project, and financial management, liaising with consultants, Funding Offices, and all parties involved to achieve project aims. I'm ArchLivIng’s COO and I supervise, lead and motivate a team of young talented professionals. My past experience includes Portfolio, Program, and Project Management. Other skills: ambitious, broad-minded, fast learner, imaginative, inquisitive, personable, versatile, willing to travel. Experiences Abroad: Albania, Ecuador, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Italy, Mozambique, Republic of Macedonia, Romania, Senegal, Serbia, South Africa.
