Archliving, an engineering company, with an organizing soul. We are a multifaceted team, specialized in different sectors, capable of working in a multidisciplinary way, respecting strict deadlines, and achieving high-quality standards. We combine the creativity of architecture, the discipline of engineering, the care for the environment, the harmony of urban development. We are concrete visionaries, capable of seeing beyond the mere act of building and coming into direct contact with stakeholders and communities. Under the supervision of the design manager, we give equal dignity to each discipline and avoid inconsistencies that would lengthen the time of realization of the work and would not allow adequate control of the costs. We acquired the ability to manage complex projects by working in the aerospace sector, coordinating projects on behalf of the ESA (European Space Agency), as part of the INTEGRAL space mission. The Agile approach and the use of Lean organizational models and the ISO 9001:2015 quality certification make us effective in relations and allow us to effectively manage the various phases of a project. Our work approach combines BIM with an Agile mindset, bridging the characterizing aspects of both approaches: collaboration between all the figures involved in the different phases of a building’s life cycle; digital data sharing and interoperability through open formats. By applying an Agile mindset to the team working capacity of BIM, we are able to improve effectiveness and efficiency, improve communication, optimize costs and time, increase work quality and reduce needless “ping-pong” effects. Structural and Infrastructure projects with a strong innovative connotation are those in which our skills are best expressed. In the last months we are improving our skills in the architecture sector working with a new partner, with international experience, who combines the functionality of the built space with art and community involvement, creating unique objects, but easily replicable, for a harmonious development of the urban context and the landscape. Nature and architecture come together in our projects, to ensure the well-being of those who have to experience that space every day. We take care of the citizens, in a participatory delivery of the process, in which to combine the response to local needs with the goal of a more sustainable environment.
