María Victoria Riaño is ex-President & CEO of Equion Energia Limited. Born in the Colombian capital, Bogotá, María holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Business Administration from leading universities.  

As a mother of two, she has been able to empower her children as owners and managers of their own dreams, she encourages each person to follow their own path of achievements, challenges and entrepreneurship.
