Franklyn Hall is an innovative Environmental Manager, with diverse cross training skills in engineering, project management and water resource management. A current project involves working on a national water resource project to improve the infrastructure for water distribution and supply on the island of New Providence in the Bahamas. A most recent project involved being the team leader and environmental consultant, to carry out an environmental impact assessment for a marine mammal based operation. This also involved developing an environmental management plan, and an emergency action plan for the same operation. Franklyn has conducted research on innovative climate proof approach and water resource management for the Bahamas and has developed a specific proposal to address the issues arising from scarce water resources due to the impacts from climate change. Franklyn has also worked for more than six years on one of the Bahama islands, as a Project Manager for infrastructure and utilities which included water, sewer, electrical power supply and communications. One of the major achievements was supplying a nearby village with potable water from a reverse osmosis salt water desalination plant, to supply their homes and local community. Leadership was provided in guiding the management on the development of the necessary environmental policies for the island based operation; Policies were developed for the water resource management, waste water treatment and construction development and safety. In 2014 Franklyn published his first book in electronic format on "Environmental Issues and Challenges" in developing countries.
