I am the Business Development Administrator of the Aegis Group of Companies. My responsibilities are focussed on client retention, service delivery, building long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners, proposal & contract administration, and collaborating with Management and Executives on company strategic direction and initiatives. With over 17 years’ experience in various fields including business development, stakeholder relations, marketing, strategic & business planning, events coordination, payroll, accounting, and office management, I have supported and led teams in the implementation of policies & procedures, software programmes, developing growth strategies, event executions, business plans and other projects which added value internally and to clients that resulted in reduced operational cost, increased efficiency, and expansion to new markets.
