I´m a business leader with expertise in consulting, human capital management, business process and operations leadership, I believe that success is the ability to be happy; and it begins with the ability to maintain the balance of personal pursuits, family, education and work. I believe you have to be prepared for when opportunities present themselves. My personal goals, at age 44, are focused around continually improving and reinventing myself.
