Garfield Green

Garfield is a Justice of the Peace for Manchester, a member of the Lay Magistrate Association of Jamaica, Manchester Chapter, and a director on the Manchester Chamber of Commerce Board with responsibility for Government Relations and Economic Development.

He is trained in dispute resolution, and is a member of the Manchester Safety and Security Committee, the Jamaica Red Cross, Manchester Division and the Manchester Neighbourhood Watch Council.

He is a past Vice President of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers, a past member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and a past member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers.
