Luwayne Thomas

Luwayne is the Chief Operating Officer and has overseen the company’s development since inception. His business acumen and leadership skills has resulted in consistent growth in Balcostics’ clientele. He has also consulted on several research projects with organizations such as the World Bank, USAID, The Nature Conservancy, among several others. Luwayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Economics and Social Statistics (BESS) from the University of the West Indies and a Master of Science degree in Economics from said University.
