Before this endeavor worked as Senior Commercial Engineering Manager at APR Energy working with Project Feasibility and Development, Electrical Engineering and Business Development Support, with ENEL Green Power, ProEnergy Services in Electrical Engineering, Project Management and Construction. Earlier worked in power transmission, distribution, and power substations services as Project Engineer and Manager for ERPESA Electromechanical Engineering and XirCon Consulting Engineers; both electrical contracting firms focused on serving the Dominican Republic and Haiti utility companies.
