I am passionate about the business of education. Whether on an individual, group, corporate or macro level, I believe that many persons are not operating at their maximum potential and that can be solved through personalized educational programmes. The programme should address the root cause of the problem. I believe the one-size fits all approach to Education and Training is a part of the reason why many individuals, organizations and countries struggle with low or less than ideal productivity levels. The A+ Generation stemmed from personal experiences where I was left behind in many classes. Although I attended the top high school and university, I struggled mainly because the teaching/learning style were not in sync. It is for this reason that I started tutoring at the elementary and high school level. Further analysis of the labour market revealed many individuals who have left school but continue to operate below their fullest potential. My aim is to help individuals, organizations and by extension, countries to extend their frontiers of productivity.
