Tayron Portillo has 14 years of experience in software development, most of it related with Object Oriented programming with Java, PHP5 and C#, in web applications and some content management tools such as Joomla, Typo3 and others. I have experience in the Modeling IT solutions, Security, E-Commerce fields, Administration using J2EE with tools and frameworks like JSF, Struts, JSP, Web Services, EJB’s, PHP5 and .NET framework. I also have achieved a lot of experience managing software solutions projects using RUP, SOA, ITIL, CMMI and SCRUM methodologies. I can assemble development teams for outsourcing software development processes for JAVA, DotNet and PHP technologies.
