Shinelle Padmore

Shinelle Padmore is the General Manager of Caribbean Resourcing Solutions Ltd. She brings twenty years of experience, of which ten years have been in the HR/recruitment field. Shinelle’s breadth of knowledge includes recruitment in UK and Caribbean markets. She has worked for the largest privately owned recruitment agency in the UK and the largest group of recruitment agencies across Europe. Shinelle has delivered recruitment services to a plethora of multinational organisations including HSBC Bank and PWC London. Over the last six years Ms. Padmore has turned her attention to Regional Markets; providing recruitment services for leading ICT providers, Conglomerates and Small to Medium Enterprises. In her earlier career Shinelle was a Regulatory Economist in Trinidad and Tobago’s Electricity Sector.
