After being inspired by my travels in South America and the South Pacific I started an agro-processing company on returning to Trinidad & Tobago using ancient sun-drying techniques learned. I was able to sustainably process cacao, bananas, plantains and a variety of fruits. Over the last four years the company has grown and our focus has been to process and provide tropical superfoods for the modern person, using sustainable low carbon footprint processing methods.
