Brian has served as a project leader in the Offshore software development industry in the development of a number of e-Business, e-Commerce and eLearning Web application projects for clients in Canada, the United States, Brasil and China in the Telecommunications, Order Management, Transportation, Online Lottery and eBanking verticals using various technologies. In the Caribbean, he has acted as project manager and lead developer in the migration of the Barbados domain management system from the dominant telecommunications provider to the Barbados government as part of a liberalization process, the establishment of the database Cube powered portion of the Caribbean Tourism Organisation Management Information System for Tourism (MIST) application, the establishment of the Ministry of Agriculture/FAO Market Information System (http://www.basis-online.com/ ), the establishment of the Telecommunications Unit website, (http://www.telecoms.gov.bb) , the design of Signia Financial website (http://www.signiafinancial.com/), the International Labour Organisation Database driven Caribbean Labour Market Information System (CLMIS) CD-Rom, as well as the UNICEF/OECS Social Policy Toolkit (http://garnettechnologies.com/clients/unicef/toolkit/) and the UNESCO Jamaica/CCDC Early Childhood Development Multimedia Application (http://www.garnettechnologies.com/clients/unesco/ecd2/)He is responsible for the provision of ICT services to private sector clients, including data center maintenance, onsite and offsite data backup services, software license management, risk management, security amelioration, data encryption and the preparation of interactive final report presentations.He also serves as a as a tutor at the Barbados Community College and the University of the West Indies in Interactive educational Multimedia, E-Business, e-Commerce, Web Application development and mobile applications development, including m-Commerce.
