Using E-business to Generate New Opportunities

At this three-day CBI training course, companies will learn a wide range of e-business tactics such as using modern electronic tools correctly in order to increase exposure to new markets, learn what customers like and dislike about their products and increase their customer service. How do you know what is useful and what is useless? Before you commit to an e-business strategy, you need reliable information.

This course is especially suited to businesses that want to learn how to plan and implement e-business to generate new opportunities; find out the best European markets to enter electronically; and learn how to avoid the pitfalls of e-business mistakes.
