Apply for the Peru Trademark for your products or services

If you market products or services produced or processed in Peruvian territory, you can apply for a free license to use the Peru Brand from the Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Exports and Tourism (PromPerú).

The Peru Brand is an official sign of the Peruvian State to promote the country, boosting its tourism, exports, investments and image before the world (Decreto Supremo Nº 003-2012-MINCETUR).

The use license is valid for a maximum period of two years, subject to approval by PromPerú, and may be requested by Peruvian or foreign individuals and/or legal entities, whether or not domiciled in the country. It can also be renewed.
