First of all, I'm a Coffee Lover! I grew up in a small town located in the countryside of Sao Paulo state, which region is historically linked to coffee. My relationship with coffee started very early, because my father worked for a coffee trading company during 20 years, and my family lived in a coffee farm for a couple of years when I was a child. Many years later, while working at the financial market and finishing my studies in Economics, my professional interest in coffee grew so much to the point that I quit my job at a bank to seek an opportunity in the coffee business and turn my passion into my profession. Since 2015, I'm within the coffee professional world indeed. I have been preparing and updating myself constantly, learning green coffee grading and cupping, coffee trading procedures, different post-harvest processing methods, coffee roasting, financial operations in the coffee market and so on. I worked as a Coffee Processing Machinery International Trader untill 2016 and since then I have been working as a Commercial and Financial Manager in a roasted and ground coffee trading company and as a General Manager at a green coffee direct trade company. I have traveled to over 30 countries and in all them I could taste a different coffee experience.
