I am an architect from New York. currently living in Montevideo , Uruguay. I have lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina for 20 years, working in real estate investments as well as restoration. My Danish Husband (Former General Manager of Maersk) and I have have founded Urban Heritage. We apply our professional expertise, and personal experience of being an International couple expatriated a number of times throughout the world. Within real estate we have consolidated our alliances with other professional Real Estate Companies, and built our own portfolio of more than 300 luxury high end properties, of all specifications, from a one bedroom apartments to Luxury Homes throughout Montevideo. As an architect I hand pick the properties according to their state, requesting upgrades when necessary to guarantee the quality of life of our clients. We have a large portfolio or properties generating high returns, great for investors. being it restoration projects, short term or long term rental properties, granting a great yield on investments for our clients.
