MindoLife provides a set of smart products that connect via its unique IoT technology to integrate into buildings and turn them into fully automated & energy-efficient buildings. MindoLife's system provides unique control and automation rules based on advanced algorithms that enable the system to determine whether rooms/areas are consuming unneeded power or not. Main Features: 1. Secured wireless system – MindoLife IoT technology provides a unique IoT network that can cover small, medium, and large buildings. All wireless communication is fully secured with an advanced mechanism, providing a cyber security shield for the whole building. 2. Data privacy – The MindoLife System provides strong data privacy. All data is stored and processed internally. No internet or cloud connectivity is required for automation, AI, and processing. Connectivity is only required for secured remote access. 3. Fully automated system – MindoLife’s system will deploy all features automatically providing highly accurate power-saving rules. The system will be defined as power-saving units, then the system will monitor all data from these units and automatically turn off unnecessary consumers. 4. Management, Control & Analysis – MindoLife’s system is equipped with an advanced web HMI system and mobile application that provides the building administrator a full view and control over the system in real-time. This enables him to control each part of the system. Also, an advanced analysis will provide an overview of the system and help understand the leaks, behavior, and any other event. 5. Full continuous updates – All parts of the system will remain updated with the latest features, starting from the mobile application, web system, gateway, and even the devices which are installed behind the walls. 6. Modular system – If for any reason you need to add new devices to the system, it's possible at any time without interference to the system uptime. 7. Smart alerting system that alerts on critical parameter violations such as poor air quality, temperature range violation, abnormal consuming appliances, and more 8. Device agnostic, behavioral analyses of the third-party connected devices (such as thermostats and chillers) in order to identify the connected device model and functionality automatically and suggest the suitable features set and error handling. Automation System MindoLife comes with an integrated automation engine comprised of rules-based policies. It provides a configurable automation tool to be used by the system. The automation engine consists of four schemes types: 1. Scheduling automation – Timing a change to a set of features for unlimited devices. Setting an AC to be ON, its temperature to 25, and the mode to cooling on 7:00 am during the working weekdays 2. Event-based rules – Monitoring a feature state firing on change detection of an event that may trigger a desirable scene. When motion is indicated from a given location, lights in that same location will turn on while during night time only a “motion detected” notification will be sent to administrators. 3. Thresholds and ranges-based events – Rules based on exceeding a range or a threshold. When the CO2 level has exceeded (and still does) 1500, send a notification to all administrators. 4. Trend-based automation - monitor trending off a given feature and trigger an event based due to a pre-configured rule in order to launch a scenario. If the temperature is stagnant or on the rise in a given location while the AC is on and set to a cooling mode for a more substantial (configurable) amount of time – notify the building maintenance for a possible AC malfunction. Supported BMS Protocols The MindoLife system is designed to add extra capability over an existing system. In addition, it makes the installation process easier and decreases maintenance costs and efforts. To enable these features, MindoLife provides advanced integration for 3rd Party common BMS & Automation protocols such as : * BACnet: The MindoLife gateway is fully BTL Certifiable and behaves as a BACnet server that represents all devices in the field, no matter which protocol they work with. The gateway is discoverable by all types of BACnet clients such as Schnider electrics HMI, Siemens HMI, Honeywell HMI, and others. * Modbus / RTU: The MindoLife system provides secured wireless devices that are connected to every Modbus supported end-device. The systems and automatic way of learning a device’s read & write Modbus register the inner table and provides a two-way wireless connection to operate such devices.
