Wally Express Servicios Limitada ( WAlly Express LTDA) Is Haitian and Chilean business that delivers real impact, value and lasting change through businesses projects supporting economic growth in the immigrant area in Chile. We tackle fundamental social and economic development problems caused by inefficient markets, ineffective governance. WAlly Express Servicios Limitada practices four complementary professions: business developing, consultancy, polling, and training.
