We, Transrail Lighting Limited are a 3‐decade‐old multimillion‐dollar company from India with strong footprint in 26-countries spanning across the globe. We are one among the few EPC Company in India with capability to undertake; 1. Construction of Overhead Transmission Line projects of upto 1200kV voltage on turnkey basis 2. Construction of High Voltage Substation upto 400kV 3. EPC of Railway projects, including manufacturing of Railway Structures 4. Supply of Stadium Masts & Derrick Structures for Refinery Projects 5. Supply of High Mast & GI Street Lighting System including luminaires 6. Supply of Telecom towers & Flag poles 7. Supply of Gantry Structure & Street Furniture We are ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 certified company with in-house facility to manufacture, design and test Galvanized Steel Tower, Tubular Monopoles, Overhead Aluminium Conductor, High Mast Lighting Pole and Luminaire. Our consolidated revenue for the year ended 2016 exceeded US$ 225Mn and an UEOB of US$ 250Mn for the current financial year; we have four (4) manufacturing facility in India; exporting wide range of high quality & safe products globally. As on today, Transrail Lighting Limited has; 1. Electrified 3600 villages in India and overseas 2. Supplied over 700,000 MT of Galvanized Steel Towers 3. Constructed over 24,000 kms of Overhead Transmission Line 4. Supplied over 100,000 kms of Aluminium Conductors across the Globe 5. Constructed 400kV Substation in Africa & 220kV substation in India 6. Constructed first ever monopole transmission line in India 7. Executed more than 150 illumination projects 8. Supplied lighting masts to over 100 stadiums in India Our multi-center manufacturing facilities within India producing Galvanized Steel Towers, Aluminium Conductors and Steel Poles/Masts helps us with enhanced Project Delivery. The in-house design and engineering team of over 50+experienced professionals capable of designing transmission line, substation and steel poles using latest technology enables us with efficient and optimized designs. We are the first company in India to have a state-of-the-art Tower testing station capable of erecting two towers simultaneously and test lattice towers and monopoles upto 1200 kV all the way to destruction.
