TaKaDu is a cloud-based Central Event Management (CEM) solution enabling utilities to detect, analyze and manage network events and incidents, such as leaks, bursts, faulty assets, operational failures, telemetry and data issues, and more. Central Event Management (CEM) is a new category in the water sector, being a single dashboard for all events and incidents in the network, converting raw data into knowledge by analytics, integrating information from several sources (IT modules and external detection solutions), and supporting an efficient event management process. Easy to deploy (6-8 weeks) TaKaDu provides visibility and actionable insights for increased operational efficiency, improved customer service and reduced water loss. The solution seamlessly integrates with other IT modules like GIS (e.g. ESRI), Asset Management (e.g. Maximo), Call Centre, Work Order management, and more. Supporting People, Processes and Technology paradigm (PPT), the system drives change in the utility’s culture, mindset and processes, shifting the organization from a ‘fire-fighting’ to a well-managed, efficient and coordinated operation. TaKaDu’s range of customers includes public and private, large and small, urban and rural distribution water utilities, all moving towards digitalization with TaKaDu. We operate for the last 10 years with leading water utilities in Australia, Europe, Latin America and North America – 12 countries in total.
