We create cognitive tools that support the selling process of complex products, allowing companies to create spontaneous salesforce just like Uber creates taxi drivers. 1. We design and develop graphic presentations that are able to control the customer predictable blunders. ARPON includes psychological techniques that reduce the complexity of decision making using the 2002 and 2017 Economy Nobel theories. 2. We offer ARPON, a software with A.I able to define what is the product that the customer must need, even if the customer hasn’t realized his need. Additionally, ARPON’s A.I identifies the speech required to increase the purchase likelihood, thus, it selects the graphic presentation to guide an effective information delivery, which increases the selling probability presenting the most compelling speech for the customer’s ways of thinking. Graphic presentations let the companies guarantee that all the information required by the customer arrive with an effective message. It creates a powerful shield because each presentation let people know how was sold a product. The graphic presentations let you have a homogeneous way to sell using different attention channels. Each customer will receive the same information regardless if he is attended face to face, in the call center or by an automatic A.I in the company’s website. But each customer will receive personalized presentations using his own information to develop simulations and presentations that calls effectively his attention. ARPON is the tool used to receive the information of the customer and make the commercial presentations, therefore each company will be able to control automatically the performance of each salesman without requiring them to populate any format nor software. Companies will know to whom and what the gave a commercial speech and how effective it was. We reduce the complexity of financial services by creating a support system for decision-making using graphic information instead of just speeches. We created the way to make visible the characteristics of a service through graphic information, creating an easy-going scenario that allows the customer to grasp the information they require for the decision making. Therefore, we are able to sell more, to have happier customers and create autonomous customers who can self-manage the acquisition of new services reducing the need for human base attention.
