The Plastic Industrial Cluster: "FIP" for its acronym in spanish, is a project made by Inmobiliaria TLA-DE-PLA S.A. de C.V.; by and for the mexican and foreign entrepreneurs who have the vision to grow, taking advantage of Mexico's opportunity’s, the geographical position and its trading partners that can thus reach the market from more than 40 countries in the world. Offering not only the space where they can build their companies within a specialized cluster, also the service of a logistics center and a Plastic University, which altogether are the main processes of the international supply chain of any company seeking to optimize their processes and costs. The FIP, Integrates at least 250 companies that their production processes are related to the plastics industry (construction, pharmaceutical, automotive, metalworking, etc). Offering 349 lots of 1000m2 within a specialized cluster of the plastics industry in Mexico, and that once established companies, can leverage and integrate into their processes, services of a logistics center; and the opportunity of having a center of training that will develop the skills and knowledge of employees and professionals through training. The FIP will develope and promote in the companies a technological infraestructure, the training a teaching, the Logistic culture and international business.
