The Consulting Lead is a women-owned and led management-consulting firm based out of San Juan, Puerto Rico. The Consulting Lead aspires to adapt to the changing global landscape by matching our clients' services to achieve sustainable goals. Principals and Associates within TCL provide services in the following areas: • Proposal Writing • Research Administration/ Sponsored Programs • Project Management and Planning o Balanced Scorecard to measure key performance Indicators o Standard Operating Procedures development and training o Logic Model development using United Nations guidelines • US & Private Grants Management and Compliance • Telecommunications/LMR/Interoperable Communications Planning • Strategic Communications/Public Relations/Public Affairs
