Program to promote public private partnerships for infrastructure in T&T

The goals of the project are to alleviate infrastructure bottlenecks in the T&T economy by expanding the supply of infrastructure and infrastructure services delivered through public private partnerships while also improving quality and efficiency in the provision of infrastructure and infrastructure services. The specific objectives of this operation are to strengthen the capacity of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago in terms of establishing transparent and harmonized procedures to govern how the government analyzes, designs, regulates, procures and oversees PPP project performance.
