Víctor Grimblatt, Director and General Manager of I+D de Synopsys Chile, believes that it is necessary to encourage the study of hard science. He also prompts the Latin America business community to join ConnectAmericas.

With over 8,000 employees in the world, Synopsys landed in Chile in 2006 to open a Research & Development center. “It is a Silicon Valley multinational company developing software for those engaging in the design of integrated circuits. In other words, what goes inside the smart phones or tablets”, affirms Víctor Grimblatt, Director and General Manager of I+D de Synopsys, during an interview conducted at the Outsource2LAC forum.

Grimblatt highlighted the need to boost science studies to supply the need for talent, because “companies seek talent in all parts of the world”, affirmed the Director of the software company.
