Enhancing the ICT regulatory environment in Jamaica
ICT sector in general and particularly broadband constitutes one of the priorities for the Government of Jamaica, as manifested in the National Development Plan (Vision 2030). In this context, the Government of Jamaica has requested the support of the IDB to strengthen the ICT regulatory framework and develop a strategic broadband plan.
