Vincent Pieri

Since 1989, I have lived and worked as a licensed architect in Puerto Rico. In 2003 I founded PIERI + ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS, and became one of the first persons in Latin America to become a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
Since that time, our firm has become a leader in green building design in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. We have a proven track record of delivering successful high performance LEED certified green building projects within conventional budgets and tight schedules.

My background in design, project management, and ecological strategies has imparted a talent for how to listen to clients and ask the right questions to unlock practical solutions to a wide range of project and market challenges.
