Co-founder and Executive Director of Aguada Park, a Free Trade Zone / Office Park, based in downtown Montevideo, Uruguay, that serves as a global services platform from where Global 2000 companies provide or hire outsourcing services (Call Centers, BPO, Shared Services, Software Development, etc.). Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Uruguay (1994) and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School (1997).
