Sabra Richardson has been President of her company for the past 15 years. As a former Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager of Chase Manhattan Bank with assignments in the Wall Street, Lower Manhattan and Asian Market Experience as a Sales Representative for two Fortune 500 Companies (Bristol Myers and American Home Foods) and as an educator, will provide you with the necessary skills to conduct Total Quality Management Seminars for your staff. Sabra has utilized these three career experiences as tools to understanding the financial needs of her clients; "selling” the strategy needed to meet their overall business growth, and providing the training (education) to implement it. Her desire to influence or create a financial institution that will provide micro-credit loans that support self-employment has taken her to the Grameen Bank in Bangladesh, Realizing that micro businesses are now growing, she has become an Advocate for Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDES) support of a new market of business owners that are classified as Small Growing Businesses (SBGs) in Developing Countries. Using the funding received from the Foreign Commonwealth Office of the United Kingdom, she opened a new office on the island of Anguilla, British West Indies in August 2005 to provide "back office" administrative services for the business owners on the island. On her trips to Rwanda with Business Council for Peace she provided training for women in business, and recently provided Technical Assistance for Rwanda's first Ice Cream Parlor.
