Sustainable tropical agriculture with a commercial bent - that's me. I've worked all along the cocoa supply chain from buying cocoa and chocolate at Nestle and now running Corridgeree Belize Ltd where we are scaling up production of vanilla and cocoa in a sustainable way, and increasing meaningful employment in agriculture in Stann Creek District. We are training our workers in high-tech agriculture - hydroponics, drip irrigation, and adding science to the mix in our in-vitro laboratory producing vanilla plantlets.
