As Chief Operating Officer, I am second in command, I tried to be focus on operationalizing strategy, implementing daily operations, aligned with that goal and the company’s strategies. I am a person who tries to bring the best leadership to the company by coordination to meet the end goal. My job includes hiring people, negotiating contracts, addressing budget matters, understanding general business operations, and guiding work teams for projects and others. Also make strategic decisions and create company policies that help the staff operate efficiently. I am always looking how to create the future each day.
