Tracey Edwards

I have been in the business of environmental consulting and conservation for the past sixteen years, providing services to Not for Profit, Regional and Global Development Organisations, governments, and wider community development. In the past 2- years, I have deepened my engagement in Sustainable Development with a focus on the four key pillars of sustainability: Water, Energy, Pollution, and Climate Change. Organically I find myself supporting micro agri-business, working to strengthen their capacity and investment opportunities. It is commonly known among life scientist and environmentalist that we are connected to the environment; however, this knowledge seems farther from businesses. My aim is to work with businesses in harmonizing operations with conservation and sustainability targets, ensuring that businesses, particularly micro/small businesses can plan for economic, social and environmental shocks. I am open to growth opportunities and stepping outside my comfort zone. I am looking forward to seeing what connecting with varied companies in this digital age will bring, to myself and Plakortis.
