I am engineer born in El Salvador with Canadian citizenship living in Brazil, I have extensive work experience in food industry especially in international operations management, my past appointments in large organizations, my work as international consultant, business entrepreneur has given me knowledge in practically all segments of the beverage market, from factory floor, quality assurance, auditing, legal requirements, research and development, sales, logistics, this not only for Brazil but also in other countries where I have exported or imported products from. My experience is not only for consumable products but also for large machinery and marketing products. My past experience also includes Quality Management roles, which was my last position in Canada in a human scale robotics industry, where I successfully introduced the ISO-9000 system.I consider myself a dedicated, enthusiastic, creative, entrepreneurial person, who learned through the principles of quality assurance that work must be done right the first time, according to customer requirements, where operations must continuously improve, goals must be measurable and met, all for the benefit of society and future generations.
