I'm Tracey, Founder and Managing Director of Brightsquare Inc., a young and innovative digital agency located in Barbados, West Indies. I'm privileged to work with a team of exceptionally talented designers. developers and strategic consultants who bring pioneering ideas to life. We're obsessed with raising the bar for digital media in the Caribbean; we provide fresh perspective on clean design and functionality, and create strategic solutions that transform our clients' vision into unique, stylish and usable websites that exceed all expectations. I'm also passionate about writing; I have worked on websites, brochures, articles and other materials for clients in the real estate, tourism, non-profit and advertising industries, just to name a few. My work has been featured in Caribbean Addy award-winning material (both print and web). I also manage copy editing for digital and print, including large-scale publications. In 2010, I co-founded Charity Chicks Barbados and currently serve as a Trustee for the organization. We aim to promote volunteerism and meaningful support of local charities and causes by members of our community. As part of our efforts, we host fundraising events in honour of our chosen initiatives; managing the nuts and bolts of the fundraisers has quickly become a second (or is that a third?) job, and one I love. Over the course of three years, we have hosted several fundraisers (100-250 people) and raised over $100,000 for our charities.
