The central objective of the program is to improve the rural road infrastructure, to enable continuous traffic, giving priority to those areas of the North and East that have potential for productive development in order to reverse the conditions that affect rural poverty and low economic activity in those areas. Also strengthen the management of rural roads in road safety and reducing vulnerability to climate change.
