Company History: GM-ERS was established in the year 2022 by a team of dedicated professionals who have worked in the commercial and production industry. Founded in Paramaribo, Suriname in 2022, GM-ERS NV is specialized in maintenance and equipment repair solutions for track-type, rubber tire and industrial equipment. We have the expertise to help develop equipment dealers and resellers to improve and optimize their product support and aftersales processes. We have the ambition to create value for our customers business, to help them become more efficient and on the long term save cost and lower equipment down time. We want to differentiate our market position by teaming up and working together with OEM's in the heavy equipment industry. What the company does: Our company strongly focus on business development, process improvement, training and development and consultancy within the industrial and heavy equipment market. We strive to add or create value by providing products, services, and solutions to new or existing businesses. Optimization of Maintenance and Repair Processes As a strategic partner we help equipment owners and equipment dealers to optimize their maintenance and repair processes. Furthermore, we help our customers to control their processes after successfully implementation of major improvements. Development and Implementation of Maintenance Strategies Together with our customers we can define and develop their long-term maintenance strategies for their equipment fleet. In the next phase we guide your team through the implementation and execution of the maintenance strategy. Development and Implementation of Standard Repair Works Standardization is an important element in every aspect of the business. We help our customers to standardize maintenance and repair tasks to reach consistency in a way so they can safe cost and be more efficient in executing maintenance and repair works. Pre-Delivery and Commissioning of Heavy Equipment Machinery Whenever a customer has purchased a new or used equipment, we can support in the pre-delivery process (for new equipment) or make a condition report (for used equipment) before sending it to operation. Execution or Supervision of Maintenance and Repair works on Heavy Equipment Machinery We work together with our customers maintenance to plan and execute general maintenance works and repairs by being part of the execution task or generally supervising the task. These tasks relate to: • Preventive Maintenance • Remove and Install • Technical Analysis • Backlog Repairs
