• Groups operate in English, Spanish and Portuguese. We encourage members to post information in either language.
• Ask questions and share your experiences with the group, but avoid spamming the network. Posts that consist of only a link to push traffic to your site or to an article, or to promote a company or business not related to the group, will be deleted. Those who spam the group will be removed without warning. 
• Posts that are considered discriminatory based on race, gender, ethnicity, political affiliations, or any other personal characteristics will be deleted and the user will be removed from the group without warning.
• Avoid posting sales, promotions, or job opportunities not directly related to the community’s industry.  All discussions should encourage group interaction and be free of links to irrelevant content.
• Respect confidentiality, trade secrets, and intellectual property.
