Montes del Plata is a forest enterprise that aims to produce and export cellulose pulp and eucalyptus to the principal markets in the world, operating efficiently and sustainably from an environmental, economic and social standpoint. It currently has 250,000 planted hectares and is constructing a cellulose plant equipped with cutting edge technology near Conchillas, in the Department of Colonia.
