From the ConnectAmericas main menu, you can access four communities created by the platform for registered users to get in touch with other people and to interact on the site.

There, you will be able to start a debate about any issue, leave comments and suggestions, share information about your company and its needs, and get in touch with other users interested in the same fields.

Additionally, the ConnectAmericas team will be available to address any concerns, suggest articles and websites relating to issues of interest to you, and to resolve any difficulties that may arise as you navigate the site.

Remember that the information you post to your profile can be visible to other registered users, allowing your company to reach potential clients, suppliers and colleagues.

It’s easy! Just join one or these four proposals recommended by ConnectAmericas:

ConnectAmericas

Community dedicated to discuss the internationalization of SMEs in general – exports, imports, investments, logistics, value chains, etc. It is also an excellent venue to discuss ideas of how to improve the ConnectAmericas platform, and make it a more valuable tool to our users.

Global Services

This community is designed for people working in the global services industry – business process outsourcing, knowledge process outsourcing, information technology outsourcing, software developers, investment funds, and any other person who is interested in connecting with companies or learning about this vibrant industry.

Food and Beverage

LAC Flavors is our community for the food industry. Its name comes from the annual event organized by the IDB that gathers small and medium enterprises from Latin America and the Caribbean with companies from Europe, Asia and North America, to promote commercial opportunities in natural and organic foods, fruits, vegetables, seafood and a wide variety of packaged and processed foods.

Questions & Suggestions

This community was created when we started testing the Beta version of ConnectAmericas in 2013. Today, it is open to every user to share questions and suggestions about the site's functioning. Our ConnectAmericas Team members will be happy to respond and assist with each of them.
