1. How do I access the content of a course?

To access the content of the course you have enrolled in, follow these steps:

1. Log in at the ConnectAmericas Academy with the same e-mail you use at ConnectAmericas
   
2. Click on your name in the upper right corner, and a drop-down menu will appear. Click on "Dashboard".
3. Click on the name of the course you want to visit.
4. On the right-hand side, you will see the list of contents in the order in which you must complete them.

From there, you will have access to the course units.

2. How can I review the courses I am enrolled in? What about the ones I have already completed?

1. Log in at the ConnectAmericas Academy with the same e-mail you use at ConnectAmericas
2. Click on your name in the upper right corner, and a drop-down menu will appear. Click on "Dashboard".
3. There, you can see the courses you have started and the ones you have completed. You can see your course progress on the right-hand side.

3. How and when do I obtain participation certificates?

Each course has specific milestones that must be completed before you can request a certificate.

Enter the course you are interested in and go to the last activity. There you will see the "Request Certificate" button.

If you have not completed the mandatory activities, the button will not be enabled, and you will be listed the activities you need to complete. When all activities have been completed, the "Request Certificate" button will be enabled.

Important: Remember that the name with which you are registered in ConnectAmericas is the name that will appear on your certificate. Make sure it is complete and spelled correctly BEFORE requesting the certificate.

4. What does a participation certificate contain?

The participation certificate consists of a PDF diploma including:

• The name and last name of the user who participated in the course
• indication that the user has participated in the course
• Date of issuance
• Title of the course taken and a description of it
• Duration of the course
