Fresco Life began with two families coming together to discover how to build and sustain more healthy lifestyles. Based in Trinidad & Tobago, we have roots stemming from Guyana to Jamaica to the USA to Trinidad. Two families have started this quest together, but it is our vision to bring together a community of families who are able to literally change their world and provide more healthy, more tasty, local, fresh food while saving both time and money in the process. We are committed to finding balanced, sustainable and family focused options. Our team includes an interesting mix of an Agronomist, a Medical Doctor and two very supportive spouses who are equally passionate about building and empowering healthy families and communities! Our vision for the Fresco Life community includes empowering each family to be able to grow something, regardless of how much space is available - whether a yard, a porch or a pot in a kitchen. We also look to expand this service throughout the region.
