The Diaspora L.E.A.D. Initiative is a Diaspora–Driven Partnership strategy that aims to strengthen local enterprise, foster investment, and drive innovation and growth between the Caribbean and Diaspora host countries in the Americas Objectives: 1. Capitalize on market driven opportunities to promote investment and trade; and expand market access between diaspora host and home countries. 2. Strengthen collaboration and promote business opportunities between diaspora home and host countries. 3. Promote and sustain diaspora partnerships to foster knowledge and skills transfer, drive innovation and growth in areas mutually beneficial to home and host countries
